Susie Jones Transcript Susie Jones Biography Virginia Jones Director of School of Library Service, Atlanta University since 1945; has been member of President's Advisory Committee on Library Training and Research, and on the executive board of the American Library Association. In 1981, Judith Sedwick offered to create portraits of a few of the interviewees, and later, with additional grant funding, photographed many more. Educator; organized Head Start program in Pacifica, California, which served as a model for other such programs; special field of interest has been working with non-motor-handicapped children.
